Counseling, depression and self-mutilation?

Sooo .. Im going to my first counseling session tomorrow, I'm very nervous because already suffer from anxiety. I have a bad past and wondered if things get emotional morning, and tell the advisor on way in the past used to do evil, but not from time to time, how will they react? Will they make me /? Im afraid to say these things, they pack or do something to warn me or something .. : (Help please x

Nothing will happen if you tell them. I am a cutter force, my therapist and doctor. The only way you can send to a hospital if you are an immediate danger or other threats to kill, not only yourself damage. Tell them everything and that helps you … feels good to get the secrets and fears of your chest. The doctor has seen and heard almost everything but we act in a professional, empathetic.
